Women’s History Month brings attention to the achievements and contributions of women throughout history, but recognition does not always translate into action. While institutions and organizations highlight past progress, many issues that shaped women’s advocacy, including representation, pay equity, and opportunity are still [unresolved. The conversation tends to be symbolic rather than action-driven. The challenge is whether this month can lead to action, or remain stuck in only reflection.
