New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s request for volunteer snow shovelers is getting mocked from both residents and outsiders.  Volunteers are required to provide two forms of ID and a Social Security card, which many are calling ironic considering that Mamdani considers voter ID laws to be suppression. To encourage more volunteers, he has recently upped the payment for shovelers to $30 per hour. The Minneapolis shooting has greatly divided the nation. However, video evidence of the scene depicts Renee Nicole ignoring instructions, behaving in a belligerent manner, and attempting to run over one of the ICE agents with her car. It also shows Renee and her wife blocking traffic to provoke a reaction from the agents, obstructing their work, and deliberately inciting a confrontation.
